At Castleblaney Furniture, every piece of furniture is handcrafted with care, character, and craftsmanship. As a bespoke, made-to-order business specializing in rustic designs, each item is uniquely created to reflect your individual preferences and our signature style.

Because our furniture is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. Each piece is created specifically for you, and as such, cannot be resold or repurposed. We will endeavour to fix any major issues that arise with our furniture and will work with you to ensure you're completely happy with your product.

Please ensure all specifications, such as dimensions, finishes, and design details, are correct at the time of ordering. Once production begins, changes cannot be made and cancellations are not accepted.

Our furniture is proudly rustic and handmade. This means:

• Natural variations in wood grain, knots, texture, and finish are expected.

• These features are part of the charm and character of our pieces—not defects.

• Slight differences between product photos and your final piece are normal and celebrated.​

We’re happy to help clarify any details before production begins. Just reach out, we want you to feel confident and excited about your custom piece.

​Once production begins, changes cannot be made and cancellations are not accepted. Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current workload. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of order. Delays due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Product Care

• Our furniture is built to last, but rustic wood requires care. We provide basic care instructions with each piece, including re staining requirements.

• Exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures may affect the wood over time as wood has a natural tendency to move in such conditions.
